Once the initial 6 months has elapsed the tenancy will continue as a statutory assured Shorthold tenancy.

Rent: £650 per calendar month payable monthly in advance.

Deposit : £750

A holding fee of one weeks rent £150 must be paid at the start of referencing and is to be held whilst referencing is being completed. This will be deducted from the 1st months rent upon successful completion of referencing.
All applicants will need to pass credit check, proof of income, affordability, and previous landlord referencing process to be carried out by a third party. Minimum Affordability Salary per annum is £19,500 for one applicant or shared between applicants dependent upon individual salary.
The holding deposit can be retained if the applicant provides misleading information, fails a Right to Rent Check, withdraws from the property, or fails to take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy.
Should referencing not be completed successfully then the monies will be returned within 5 working days.
