At Letting Supermarket we like to think our Tenant Services set the benchmark for the industry. Tenants can login in to a secure area of our website to review their account and can even report maintenance issues. Of course we also accept telephone calls.
Our philosophy is that a happy tenant is also a happy landlord. We constantly strive to improve our market leading service the question we constantly ask ourselves is how can the best be even better.
Prevention is far better than cure so we make no apology for fully referencing tenants before we hand over the keys. We also make sure that a detailed inventory is commissioned by a qualified inventory clerk at the point of check in and check out so there can be no dispute over condition of the property. Clearly it is in everybody’s interest that we work with both landlords and tenants to stay on top of any maintenance issues and deal with them as fast as humanly possible too.
We also believe in total transparency on fees to both landlords and tenants.
