  • If I were to opt for the Bronze service would you be able to carry out maintenance on the property, if I went away on holiday, for example?

    Yes.  We are happy to carry out maintenance when our clients are unable to look after this themselves.  There is a small set up charge for the service and for each maintenance job undertaken. We are acting as a safeguard whilst you are away in the event of an emergency and we would hope we woud not have to take any action. You just need to email us with your dates and authorise us to act on your behalf.

  • Can you provide just a letting agreement?

    Yes.  We can provide almost all documentation required by the letting industry.  Please contact us for more details.

  • Why are you so much cheaper than a high street agent?

    We dont have the overheads of a high street office and the majority of our work is carried out by ourselves without the expense of outsourcing, so we can keep our costs down.  Our office is also paperless which not only means we can keep the costs of packages low, it is also environmentally friendly.

  • I dont feel that I am receiving the level of service I expect from my current letting agent. Could I transfer the property to you to manage?

    Yes, of course, we would be happy to help!  Subject to the agreement you signed, you will have to give your letting agent the agreed period of notice.  We offer a service where, as soon as we have received the relevent documentation from your agent we will contact your tenant to introduce ourselves and setup online accounts to store the documentation within our document archive We would then setup the package you require to be billed on a monthly basis.
